Alain Bedard, FCPA
Chairman of the Board, President and CEO
A graduate in Accounting and Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke, Mr. Bédard began his career at KPMG in 1975. He rose to become a senior auditor within three years while obtaining his CA and CMA designations. Subsequently he served as a Controller in the forest products sector before joining Saputo in 1984 where he progressed through the ranks to become its Vice-President Finance. In 1996, he assumed management of a regional trucking firm which eventually became TFI International.
From the outset, Mr. Bédard introduced a bold strategic plan of expansion, based on specific criteria including profitability, market penetration and geographic expansion. He has built a strong management team and has empowered them to ensure the Corporate philosophy of decentralization.
Through a series of acquisitions and strategic investments across Canada and the U.S., Mr. Bédard has created a powerful, diversified trucking and logistics network. TFI International continually studies acquisition opportunities to further strengthen its network.
The creation of shareholder value is an on-going focus and is a key priority for Mr. Bédard.
Mr. Bédard’s community activities include participation in a range of humanitarian causes and support for foundations active in health and higher education. Mr. Bédard was awarded the title of Fellow by the Quebec FCPA Order in February 2011.
David Saperstein, MBA, BA
Chief Financial Officer
David Saperstein joined TFI International in 2016 as Vice-President, Mergers & Acquisitions, a role in which he focused on M&A activities throughout the North American transportation industry and led the TFI International team in assessing and coordinating potential opportunities. He was named Chief Financial Officer of TFI International in 2019. David has spent over 15 years in investment banking at several firms in the United States and Europe including Goldman Sachs. He holds a Master in Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University.
Joel Andre, CHRL
Vice-President, Human Resources
Joel Andre joined TFI International in 2019 as Director of Human Resources. He was promoted to Vice-President, Human Resources in 2023, leading the development and execution of the company’s labor and employment strategies. Joel has held senior human resources roles across several industries including transportation, logistics, and manufacturing. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from York University in Toronto, and holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
Norman Brazeau
Vice-President, Real Estate
Norman Brazeau has been appointed Vice-President, Real Estate and is responsible for leading the operational and environmental team to maximize the utilization and integrity of the Real Estate portfolio. Previously, he has held the position of Director, Property Management at TFI overseeing the security and administration, as well as Vice-President and General Manager of TLS, a subsidiary of the organization.
Daniel Chevalier, CPA
Vice-President, Finance, Operational Reporting
Daniel Chevalier joined TFI International in 2001. He held various senior finance positions including that of Vice-President, Finance and Administration for Services Matrec, a TFI International subsidiary, and Director, Finance - Operational Support at TFI International, before being promoted to Vice-President, Finance, Operational Reporting in 2019. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal and holds the CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order.
Patrick Croteau, CPA
Vice-President, Finance & Control
Patrick Croteau joined TFI International in 2015 as Assistant Controller. He was promoted to Vice-President, Finance and Control in 2019. His responsibilities include financial reporting, internal controls and overseeing the Company’s accounting operations. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, and the CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order.
Johanne Dean
Vice-President, Marketing & Communications
Johanne Dean joined TFI International in 1987 and assumed management roles in several departments of the Company. In 1999 she was appointed Vice-President, Sales for Kingsway Transport. Johanne has served as TFI International's VP Marketing & Communications since 2001. As such, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company’s corporate communications and brand image, including public relations, crisis management and corporate responsibility.
Julie Eising, CPA
Vice-President, Tax
Julie Eising joined TFI International in 2023 as Vice-President, Tax. Julie has spent more than 25 years in the tax and accounting profession, including several years with PwC and Deloitte, in the US and Europe, and most recently held the role of Senior Vice-President, Finance and Tax at Miami based Likewize Corp. At TFI, she leads the tax compliance and reporting team. A registered CPA, Julie holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
Paul Freund
Vice-President, Information Technology Security
Paul Freund joined TFI International in 2022. Paul leads the overall corporate security of the company ensuring that information assets and technologies are adequately protected. He manages the strategy and operations of the cyber controls, threat management, cybersecurity services, IT security and risk assessments, architecture, integrations, and incident response. Paul has spent over 27 years in IT and cybersecurity and has been a cybersecurity leader in the financial, retail, entertainment, supply chain, and logistics industries over the past 15 years. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the American InterContinental University.
Sylvain Lemay, CPA
Vice-President, Information Technology
Sylvain Lemay joined TFI International in 2016 as an IT Finance Solution Architect. He was promoted to Director IT ERP and Architecture in 2022. He managed the implementation and deployment of Information Technology initiatives to support TFI business operations before being appointed Vice-President IT in 2023. Sylvain holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Sherbrooke University and holds the CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order.
Josiane Langlois joined TFI International as a Legal Advisor in 2001. Appointed Corporate Secretary the same year and then Vice-President Legal Affairs in 2006, she oversees all legal aspects of TFI International and its subsidiaries, including: mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions, maintenance of corporate records, corporate governance, securities law and public disclosure compliance. Josiane holds a Masters in Notarial Law (LL.M.) from the Université de Montréal and is an active member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 1997.
Chantal Martel, LL.B.
Vice-President, Insurance & Compliance
Chantal Martel joined TFI International at the end of 2002 as an Attorney, Compliance, counselling TFI International and its subsidiaries to ensure their compliance to the transportation laws and regulations, as well as providing legal support. She was appointed Vice-President, Insurance and Compliance in 2007. In this capacity, she oversees the Insurance Programs for TFI International and manages the compliance function with respect to transportation laws and regulations. Chantal holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Université de Montréal and has been an Attorney member of the Quebec Bar since 1991.
Suri Musiri, MBA, CIA
Vice-President, Internal Audit
Suri Musiri joined TFI International in 2022 as Vice-President, Internal Audit. He served previously as Chief Audit Executive at Echo Global Logistics where he oversaw financial, operational and technology audits as well as compliance efforts, and came to TFI with more than 18 years of experience including 10 years of consulting with leading national accounting firms. At TFI, Suri is responsible for all aspects of financial, operational, technology and compliance audits. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Missouri State University and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
Bill Preece
Vice-President, Environment
Bill Preece has been appointed Vice-President, Environment and is responsible for the general environmental management of the organization including ensuring that the organization’s policies and regulations are compliant. Bill has held the position of Director of Business Development, Regulated Materials at Contrans Group, a TFI subsidiary, since 1990 and has cumulated over 35 years of experience in the environmental industry.
Martin Quesnel, CPA
Vice-President, Finance
Martin Quesnel joined TFI International in 1999 as a consultant. He then assumed management roles in several departments of the Company and was named Vice-President Finance in 2009. His responsibilities encompass overseeing the Company's treasury function, corporate and equipment financing, corporate procurement and asset disposal of the fleet. Martin holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC Montréal) and the CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order.
Kal Atwal, CPA, CMA
Senior Executive Vice-President
Kal Atwal joined TFI International in 2016 as Vice-President of Finance for TForce Logistics Canada and became president of TForce Logistics Canada in 2018. Kal was named Executive Vice-President of TFI International in 2019, responsible for the majority of TFI’s North American Logistics segment and was appointed Senior Executive Vice-President in 2025. Currently, he oversees the Canadian LTL divisions which include the package and courier divisions, as well as the logistics operations of JHT in the United States. Prior to joining TFI, in addition to holding leadership roles at Progressive Waste Solutions and Day & Ross Transportation, a division of McCain Foods, Kal spent more than a decade at GE Capital. Kal is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich in London, England.
Steven A. Brookshaw, CPA, CMA
Senior Executive Vice-President
Steven Brookshaw joined TFI International in 2014 through the acquisition of Contrans, a specialized truckload and logistics company. Steven was appointed Vice-President of Contrans Flatbed Operation in 2007 and Vice-President of Contrans in 2017. He was named Executive Vice-President of TFI International in January 2018 and then was promoted to Senior Executive Vice-President in 2023. He primarily oversees TFI International’s Contrans truckload and specialized truckload operations. Steven graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1987 with a BBA and received his CPA and CMA in 1990.
Kristen Fess
Executive Vice-President
Kristen Fess joined TFI International in 2014 as General Manager through the acquisition of Contrans Flatbed Group, where she had held various management positions since 1999. In 2017, she was promoted to Vice-President and was named Senior Vice-President in 2022. Kristen was appointed Executive Vice-President of TFI International in January 2023 overseeing all the North American flatbed operations as well as the operations of Laidlaw Van Group.
Brad Glassford
Executive Vice-President
Brad Glassford joined TFI International in 2014 as Director of Operations through the acquisition of Contrans Flatbed Group, where he had held various management positions since 2006. In 2020, he was promoted to Vice-President of Operations for the Stainless Tank divisions. His responsibilities include overseeing transload operations in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia as well as managing specialized liquid stainless tank operations and Intermodal operations. In 2025, he was appointed Executive Vice-President of TFI International overseeing Stainless Tank and Contrans Intermodal segments of business within TFI North American Truckload organization. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfred Laurier University.
John Harrington
Executive Vice-President
John Harrington joined TFI International in 2023 through the acquisition of JHT Holdings where he led the company as Chief Executive Officer since 2012. In 2025, he was appointed Executive Vice-President of TFI International. With more than 30 years of expertise spanning various transportation and logistics sectors, John has showcased his leadership acumen in significant positions at Allied Holdings, AHI's logistics division, Axis Group, and Ryder Automotive Systems. His impact reaches beyond corporate boundaries, having actively served as an Executive Member of the North American Automotive Industry Logistics Steering Committee.
Rick Hashie
Executive Vice-President
Rick Hashie joined TFI International in 2012 as President of TForce Integrated Solutions (previously ATS Retail Solutions), McArthur Express and Concord. Promoted to Executive Vice-President of TFI International in 2017, Rick’s areas of responsibility expanded to the oversight of the LTL and Logistics divisions across North America. Currently, he is overseeing TFI’s North American Logistics segment. Rick is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax.
Bob McGonigal
Executive Vice-President
Bob McGonigal joined TFI International in 2004 as Manager of Training for Canadian Freightways. He then assumed senior leadership roles as Vice-President/General Manager for various business units, and was promoted to President of TF Energy Solutions in 2015 and later to Executive Vice-President of TFI International, overseeing all energy sector business units, several LTL business units as well as package and courier divisions. Currently, Bob is responsible for TForce Freight USA.
Justin Paul
Executive Vice-President
Justin Paul joined TFI International in 2008 as a Logistics Manager at TF Truckload & Logistics. He then assumed the role of President of the TF Energy Solutions Group of Companies before being named Executive Vice-President of TFI International in 2024. Currently, Justin oversees TFI’s Energy Group of Companies as well as operations in Western-Canada.
Junior Roy
Executive Vice-President
Junior Roy joined TFI International in 1998 with the acquisition of Lebon Transport. He was appointed President of Kingsway Bulk in 2001 and later promoted to President of the JCG Group in 2020. He was named Executive Vice-President of TFI International in 2021 and primarily oversees specialized truckload and logistics operations. His responsibilities also include overseeing certain TFI operations in the province of Quebec including Normandin.
Chris Traikos
Executive Vice-President
Chris Traikos joined TFI International in 2017 as President of Vitran. In 2022, he was named Executive Vice-President of TFI International, overseeing the Canadian and U.S. Energy sector business units as well as several LTL business units. Currently, Chris is responsible for the package and courier divisions within Canada including the LTL company Hercules. Prior to joining TFI, he held numerous executive leadership positions across the pharmaceutical, office supply and security industries, among others. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York University.
Eric Anson
President - TA Dedicated
Eric Anson joined TFI International in 2017 as Vice-President, Operations of Transport America. Before joining TFI, he served in senior operations and management positions within Knight Transportation, Marten Transport and Interstate Distributors. Eric was promoted to President of Transport America in 2020, in 2022 was named Senior Vice-President of Operations of CFI Dedicated and that same year was appointed President of TA Dedicated. Eric received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University.
Ray Fillion joined TFI International in 2014 through the acquisition of Contrans and was named Vice-President, Bulk Division in 2019. During his time as a strategic planner for Laidlaw Carriers Bulk, he was named General Manager of the waste transportation division in 2015 to oversee and align its long-term vision. Earlier, Ray assumed several roles in operations, terminal start-ups, and as director of business development for Laidlaw Carriers Bulk.
Larry Fuaco
President - TForce Integrated Solutions and TForce Logistics Canada
Larry Fuaco joined TFI International in 2004 as VP Operations with Trans4 Logistics, and previously had spent 10 years with TNT Logistics in various transportation leadership roles. In 2010 Larry assumed the role of Vice-President Operations for Canpar Express, transitioning to the newly acquired Loomis Express as Vice-President Operations in 2012, and in 2014 he became the Vice-President Operations for both Canpar Express and Loomis Express. In 2020, Larry was appointed President of TForce Integrated Solutions and in 2022 he took on the additional role of President of TForce Logistics Canada and AC Logistics Canada. Larry holds an Honors in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
David Gatti
Vice-President, Business Development - TFI International
David Gatti joined TFI International in 2016 as Director, Business Development for Contrans. In 2019, he was promoted to Vice-President, Business Development for TFI International. His responsibilities include overseeing business development across several of TFI International’s specialized tank companies. Prior to joining TFI, David held senior leadership positions in the tank truck industry, third-party logistics and bulk transloading. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from York University and attended the Executive Leadership Program at Queens University.
Wayne Gruszka
President - TST-CF Express and TST Expedited
Wayne Gruszka joined TFI International in 2000 through the acquisition of TST Solutions L.P. Since then he has held various roles overseeing sales, marketing, customer service and claims. In 2016, Wayne was named President of TST Overland Express (now TST-CF Express) and in 2017 became President of TST Solutions L.P.
Keith Hall
President-TForce Freight
Keith Hall joined TFI International through the acquisition of UPS Freight. As President of TForce Freight, Keith oversees all of its LTL operations. Throughout his career that started in 1989, he has held various positions in operations as well as accounting and finance, serving as Regional Vice-President for the West Region until 2021 and most recently as Vice-President of Field Operations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Virginia Commonwealth University.
Michael Hover
President - Canpar and Loomis Express
Mike Hover joined TFI International in 2013 as Vice-President, Operations for TForce Integrated Solutions, and previously had spent 18 years with FedEx Ground in numerous management positions. Since joining TFI, Mike has since assumed additional roles including President of TForce Integrated Solutions and President of TForce Freight Canada in 2020, along with responsibilities within TFI’s Less-Than-Truckload operations. In 2024, he was appointed President of Canpar and Loomis Express.
Frédéric Lavoie joined TFI International in 2002 as Director of Operations and Sales for Kingsway Bulk Division. Since then, he has been involved in several acquisitions and integrations of companies, all merged into this division. In 2022, he was promoted to General Manager of Kingsway Bulk. In 2024, he also became Vice-President of TJS Express, overseeing the operations of both companies. Frédéric Lavoie has extensive expertise in truckload transportation, encompassing specialized bulk transport, explosives handling, transshipment, and warehousing.
Dan Leslie
President – TForce Logistics US
Dan Leslie joined TFI International in 2016 as Regional Vice President for TForce Logistics Canada and was recently named President of TForce Logistics US in 2023. In 2022, Dan was promoted to Senior Vice President of US Operations which followed his role as Vice President and General Manager of TForce Logistics Canada and AC Logistics Canada, in 2020. In 2018, he held the position of Vice President Operations for TForce Logistics Canada and AC Logistics Canada, following his assumption of responsibility for the Eastern and Western Canadian territory in 2017 as Vice President of Operations. Dan graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting.
Annette Luyten
President – TFWW
Annette Luyten joined TFI International in 2024 as President of TFWW. With over 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector, she has held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Ascent Global Logistics, where she provided executive oversight for TL and LTL operations, along with other key responsibilities. Annette holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Daniel Roberts
Vice-President - Contrans Tank Group
Daniel Roberts joined TFI International in 2014 through the acquisition of Contrans. He was promoted to Vice-President of Contrans in 2018 and is responsible for tank operations. Daniel has been part of the Contrans group of companies since 1996 and has served as General Manager of various companies in the tanker market. Daniel received his BBA in 1992 and his MBA in 1996 from the University of New Brunswick.
Laurie Stoneburgh
President - ICS Courier
Laurie Stoneburgh joined TFI International in 2007 as Vice-President Sales & Customer Service of Canpar Express. In 2018, she also assumed the additional responsibility for Sales and Customer Service at ICS Courier. In mid-2021, she was promoted to President of ICS Courier. Prior to joining TFI, she held roles as the Director of Revenue Management and Manager for National Accounts at Purolator Courier.
Kevin Tait
President - Clarke Transport and Vitran
Kevin Tait joined TFI in 2019 as Vice President and General Manager of Clarke Transport and Clarke North America overseeing all operations. In 2024, he was appointed President of Clarke Transport, Clarke North America, and Vitran with additional responsibilities for QuikTrax and Axsun. Before joining TFI, Kevin served in several senior leadership positions within the transportation industry. Kevin holds an Honours in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Brad Williamson
Vice-President - Laidlaw Carriers Bulk
Brad Williamson joined TFI International in 2014 through the acquisition of Contrans. He was named the Operations Manager of Contrans Flatbed until 2018 when he assumed the role of General Manager for Laidlaw Carriers Van. In January 2021, he was appointed Vice-President and General Manager of Laidlaw Carriers Van overseeing the truckload operations. Brad has 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. His expertise focuses on the specialized and truckload business.
Ping Yan, MBA
Vice-President, Operations - TForce Freight
Ping Yan joined TFI International in 2007 as Vice-President of Operations through the acquisition of ICS Courier, where he held a leadership role since 1999. In 2013 he was named Senior Vice-President for ICS, Canpar and Loomis, overseeing all aspects of operations and integration within the package and courier divisions. In 2022, Ping was appointed Vice-President, Operations, of TForce Freight. In his current role, Ping leads operational and strategic planning and performance measurement ensuring company’s and departmental goals and objectives are achieved. He holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University of China.

André Bérard has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2003. He is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. He serves on the Boards of Directors of BMTC Group Inc., Saradar Group (Lebanon) and ABA Bank.
Leslie Abi-Karam
Independent Advisor and Corporate Director
Leslie Abi-Karam has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2018. She is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Previously, she was EVP and President of Pitney Bowes. She served on the Boards of Pentair, Inc. and Direct Marketing Association (DMA). She is an active member of Women Corporate Directors and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
William T. England
Retired Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
William T. England has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2020. He is the chairman of the Audit Committee. A retired partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he has 40 years of experience serving large, multinational consumer products companies, both domestic and foreign based, as well as significant SEC experience advising on acquisitions and divestitures. At PwC, he served as Vice Chairman - Client Service, and as US Markets Leader for Assurance as well as SEC Review Partner. Mr. England has served on the boards for the Illinois State University Foundation and the Illinois Chapter of the March of Dimes.
Diane Giard
Corporate Director
Diane Giard has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2018. She is a member of the Audit Committee.
She was the former Executive Vice-President of the National Bank of Canada and Senior Vice-President of Scotia Bank. She serves on the Board of Bombardier Inc. She was ranked among the Top 25 in Quebec’s financial industry seven times, and was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network in 2014 and 2015.
Debra Kelly-Ennis
Corporate Director
Debra Kelly-Ennis has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2017. She is Chairwoman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. She was former President and CEO of Diageo Canada. She serves on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation & PLC and Altria Group, Inc. She held executive positions with General Motors Corporation, Gerber Foods Company, RJR/Nabisco, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company Foods Division. She was named one of the “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada” in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Sébastien Martel
Chief Financial Officer, BRP Inc.
Sébastien Martel has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2023. He is a member of the Audit Committee. He has been with Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) for nearly 20 years, serving as CFO since 2014.
At BRP, Mr. Martel led the company’s first public offering and subsequent dual listing in the US.
John Pratt
Corporate Director
John Pratt has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2022. He is a member of the Audit Committee. As retired chairman of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Industrials Investment Banking Group and head of Bank of America’s Investment Banking office in Chicago, he has more than 30 years of investment banking experience including extensive M&A transactions. Mr. Pratt serves on the Boards of Directors of American Corporate Partners and Western Golf Association – Evans Scholars Foundation. He is a Life Trustee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and has previously served on the boards of SEA Electric, World Business Chicago and the Ravinia Festival.

Joey Saputo has been an Independent Director of the Company since 1996. He is the chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
Rosemary Turner
Corporate Director
Rosemary Turner has been an Independent Director of the Company since 2020. She is a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. She spent 40 years at UPS, most recently serving as president of Northern California operations, and has also served on the boards of more than 20 companies and organizations, including the Federal Reserve Banks of San Francisco and Philadelphia. Ms. Turner has received numerous recognitions and awards, including the Northern California Most Powerful & Influential Women award, the Americanism Award from the Anti-Defamation League, and the Community Leadership award from the Salvation Army of Philadelphia.
